Villa Sandi Prosecco DOC (Split) – Veneto, Italy 10 --
The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste. Great with crisp salads or antipastos, delicate fish or just to start a great meal!

Riunite Lambrusco Rosé – Emilia Romagna, Italy 6 18
A premium rosé wine blended from selected red grapes. A cool sparkling wine that’s light, fresh and fruity. A refreshing alternative for White Zinfandel drinkers. This Italian rosé will complement any meal.

Natura Rosé – Rapel Valley, Chile 7 22
Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot varietals in this bright light pink wine with intense fruity aromas of cherry and black currant. Silky and elegant on the palate, fresh, and well balanced. This rosé could be a great companion to our shrimp cocktail or tender crab legs.

Sartori Pinot Grigio – Delle Venezie, Italy 7 22
A Pinot Grigio made in the opulent Veneto style presenting floral aromas with whispers of tropical fruit. Rich and silky on the palate with flavors of melon and pear. A cool, crispy, and vibrant wine that pairs well with sea food pastas and fish dishes.

Sileni Estates Sauvignon Blanc – Marlborough, New Zealand 8 25
Passion fruit-like aromas with tropical undertones. The palate is lively with ripe varietal characters, moderate acidity and long flavorsome finish. Delicious with fresh sea food dishes, soft cheeses, or pesto sauce pastas.

Chateau Souverain Chardonnay – California 7 22
Inviting aromas of roasted pears, lemon citrus and subtle baking spice with elegant layers of pineapple and crème brûlée flavors. This full-bodied Chardonnay offers a plush texture and balanced acidity with a long, flavorful finish, ideal to pair with our crispy calamari, carbonara pasta, or fresh grilled salmon.

Kendall-Jackson ‘Vintner’s Reserve’ Chardonnay - California 9 27
From California’s cool, coastal growing regions this wine presents tropical notes such as mango and pineapple with a hint of vanilla and toasted oak. Try it with chicken piccata!

Provisioner White (Blend) – Cochise County, Arizona 8 25
From French Colombard, Chenin Blanc, and Malvasia grapes, this fresh and crisp wine presents a perfect amount of body and a lingering fruit finish. It’s wonderful as an accompaniment to sea food and salads.

Old World Reds…

Caparzo Sangiovese – Tuscany, Italy 8 25
Ruby red color with notes of violet. Intense bouquet, fruity and spicy with notes of mature blackberry, raspberry and vanilla. Savory, flavorful and round with a persistent aftertaste. Given its fruitiness, can be paired with first courses and white meats.

Banfi Chianti Classico DOCG - Tuscany, Italy -- 40
Ruby red in color, with an intense bouquet with notes of cherries, plums, and violets. Rich flavors of cherry and leather. Supple tannins and good acidity, a perfect companion to red-sauced pastas, and grilled meats.

Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella DOC – Valpolicella Italy 9 27
The wine shows characteristic cherry and raspberry aromas, with notes of sweet spice, clove and cinnamon. Red berry and spice flavors on the palate are assertively fresh and vivacious, balanced by acidity and soft, noble tannins. This versatile wine pairs with soups, pasta and risottos, along with simple and more substantial red-meat dishes.

Marqués de Cáceres Crianza - Rioja, Spain 10 32
Bouquet of cherries and vanilla with gentle toasted notes. Balanced in the mouth with soft, ripe and luscious tannins that mingle with delicious, lively fruit. Pleasant fullness and good length to delight the palate.

Argiano ‘Non Confunditur’ Super Tuscan – Tuscany, Italy -- 38
Ruby red in color, with aromas of red fruit and spicy, black currant with earthy notes.
Full-body, savory tannins, and a long finish. Pair with our homemade meat sauce or lasagna.

Dynamic Reds…

Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Whole Cluster – Willamette Valley, Oregon -- 40
As refreshing as liquid fruit salad in a glass, this wine is deep ruby in color and opens with rich
aromas of blackberry, cherry and vanilla with a hint of earthiness. Flavors mirror aromas with a fruity
and sweet entry, juicy mid-palate migrating into a soft, well-rounded finish accented by bright acidity.
Great bottle to pop with a grilled salmon!

Pali ‘Riviera’ Pinot Noir – Sonoma Coast, California 9 27
This wine is bright ruby red/garnet in color. The nose is filled with a variety of fresh picked
red fruits including strawberries, raspberries and black cherries, combined with a balance of
white pepper, truffles, and Gouda. Flavors of black cherries are carried through, along with iron,
cloves and rose petals all supported by lush tannin and a silky finish.

Velvet Devil Merlot - Columbia Valley, Washington 9 27
This little devil is wrapped in a velvet robe with classic aromas of dark fruits, brimming with cedar,
pipe tobacco and earth. Full with density and bursting with flavor. You can enjoy it very
comfortably with our stuffed mushrooms, spaghetti marinara, or baked ravioli.

Predator Old Vine Zinfandel – Lodi, California 9 27
Predator is sourced from 50+ year old vines that produce rich and intensely flavored fruit.
Velvety texture, spice and vibrant varietal flavors. This gem pairs incredible well with our
spicy Italian sausage or tangy BBQ ribs.

6th Sense Syrah – Lodi, California 10 32
Farmed sustainably. Super-saturated, big and juicy, it makes a bright, tangy impact. Full of
flavor in the same deep-red tones as the aromas, tannins are tame. The mid-palate offers plum
and blackberry, with a touch of mulberry. A great wine to complement our mouthwatering ribeye cut.

Dos Cabezas Red (Blend) – Arizona 11 36
Mostly Grenache, this wine presents spicy fruit on the nose and bright lively tannin in the
mouth. Flavors of citrus zest, craisins and plum. A versatile dining companion, this red would not
be out of sorts next to our BBQ ribs, a bowl of pasta Carbonara, or chicken Parmesan.

Concha y Toro ‘Casillero del Diablo’ Carménère – Central Valley, Chile 7 22
Very expressive fruit with outstanding mature berries, forest fruit joined with delicate hints of
coffee and toast coming from the barrels. From the start, it’s a remarkable expression of
Carménère thanks to the typical fruit like plums, blackberries and some spicy touches.
You might want to try this wine out with our filet mignon…

Portillo Malbec – Uco Valley, Argentina 8 25
Ruby-red wine displaying a fresh and fruity nose, enhanced by hints of plum, blackberries and a touch
of vanilla; fresh fruit flavours, supported by sweet and round tannins and a good structure. Eggplant Parmesan
or spaghetti with meatballs will be a great option to pair with this wine.

The Show Cabernet Sauvignon- California 10 32
The Show combines grapes from premier California grape growing regions and is aged in
both French and American oak. What you have here is a pure, unapologetic expression of
California Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a wonderful choice to complement any of our steaks!

Ultraviolet Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California -- 42
Blackberry compote with hints of blueberry, a chewy mouthfeel with an earthiness familiar
of an old world Bordeaux. Hints of tobacco and leather with bright acidity and soft lasting tannin.
Antipastos, pastas, steaks, ribs—pretty much it will go great with everything or by itself…
